CIA Venezuela Destabilization Memo Surfaces

On November 26, 2007 the Venezuelan government broadcast and circulated a confidential memo from the US embassy to the CIA which is devastatingly revealing of US clandestine operations and which will influence the referendum this Sunday, December 2, 2007.

The memo sent by an embassy official, Michael Middleton Steere, was addressed to the Director of Central Intelligence, Michael Hayden. The memo was entitled 'Advancing to the Last Phase of Operation Pincer' and updates the activity by a CIA unit with the acronym 'HUMINT' (Human Intelligence) which is engaged in clandestine action to destabilize the forth-coming referendum and coordinate the civil military overthrow of the elected Chavez government. The Embassy-CIA's polls concede that 57 per cent of the voters approved of the constitutional amendments proposed by Chavez but also predicted a 60 per cent abstention.

Former military analyst and famed whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg recently said that the case of a certain 9/11 whistleblower is "far more explosive than the Pentagon Papers'" He also said that the government is ordering the media to cover up her allegations about 9/11. And he said that some of the claims concerning government involvement in 9/11 are credible, that "very serious questions have been raised about what they [U.S. government officials] knew beforehand and how much involvement there might have been", that engineering 9/11 would not be humanly or psychologically beyond the scope of the current administration, and that there's enough evidence to justify a new, "hard-hitting" investigation into 9/11 with subpoenas and testimony taken under oath.A 27-year CIA veteran, who chaired National Intelligence Estimates and personally delivered intelligence briefings to Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, their Vice Presidents, Secretaries of State, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and many other senior government officials (Raymond McGovern) said "I think at simplest terms, there's a cover-up.

The 9/11 Report is a joke", and is open to the possibility that 9/11 was an inside job. A 29-year CIA veteran, former National Intelligence Officer (NIO) and former Director of the CIA's Office of Regional and Political Analysis (William Bill Christison) said "I now think there is persuasive evidence that the events of September did not unfold as the Bush administration and the 9/11 Commission would have us believe.

All three [buildings that were destroyed in the World Trade Center] were most probably destroyed by controlled demolition charges placed in the buildings before 9/11." (and see this). 20-year Marine Corps infantry and intelligence officer, the second-ranking civilian in U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence, and former CIA clandestine services case officer (David Steele) stated that "9/11 was at a minimum allowed to happen as a pretext for war", and it was probably an inside job (see Customer Review dated October 7, 2006).

A decorated 20-year CIA veteran, who Pulitzer-Prize winning investigative reporter Seymour Hersh called "perhaps the best on-the-ground field officer in the Middle East", and whose astounding career formed the script for the Academy Award winning motion picture Syriana (Robert Baer) said that "the evidence points at" 9/11 having had aspects of being an inside job .

The Division Chief of the CIA's Office of Soviet Affairs, who served as Senior Analyst from 1966 - 1990. He also served as Professor of International Security at the National War College from 1986 - 2004 (Melvin Goodman) said "The final [9/11 Commission] report is ultimately a cover-up."Professor of History and International Relations, University of Maryland. Sibel Edmonds Has a Story to Tell

A lot of credible people and groups are vouching for this woman's
credibility, and amongst them are Senator Chuck Grassley (R), Senator Patrick Leahy (D), Russell Tice (NSA), 60 Minutes (CBS) and the ACLU. It's important to keep in mind that Sibel Edmonds' allegations have been proven true, and none of them have been proven false. She is being silenced to keep the truth hidden from the American public. These are her allegations...

Firstly, she alleges that the translation unit of the FBI -- the one responsible for translating foreign language terrorism '"chatter" into English -- has been infiltrated by foreign spies and is headed by corrupt (at the treason level), U.S. officials. She says that those individuals are purposely mistranslating documents relating to national security, illegally removing documents off premise, purposely misplacing documents within the system, purposely delaying the translation of time-sensitive documents relating to national security, and purposely mislabeling important documents as 'non-pertinent', in order to draw attention off terrorism related activities, and high-level criminal enterprises.

More specifically, she alleges that the FBI had in its possession, as early as April of 2001, documents which detailed the future events of 9/11; down to the date, location, method and perpetrators (al-Qaeda). To her knowledge, the exact hour of the attacks was unknown.

She alleges that those documents were purposely never forwarded to the appropriate counter-terrorism units, because a high-level middle man -- the Court ordered gag prevents her from saying who it is --
refused to have them forwarded. The reason for the refusal, according to the
testimony she gave before the Congress, which was investigated and proven to be true, was that the documents contained peripheral information, unrelated to the upcoming attacks, but which otherwise implicated several high-level U.S.
government officials, foreign countries, and private sector companies, in a
nuclear black-market, money laundering, and the international drug trade.

In other words, 9/11 wasn't prevented because the documents detailing the plot would have also exposed the unrelated, serious crimes of several high-level,
U.S. government officials.

Sibel Edmonds also alleges that former Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert, took bribes from the government of Turkey in exchange for
blocking the Congress from officially recognizing the Armenian genocide of 1915 as a genocide. Finally, she alleges that some of the people silencing her
through the invocation of 'States Secrets', are the very same engaged in the
aforementioned illegal activities. ---The gist of how she discovered all of this
is that when she was brought in as a translator, in October of 2001, she noticed the shoddy work being done on the documents coming through at the time. So she decided to take a look at past translations, and she came upon this evidence. This woman is a patriot to the core. She must not be silenced.

Congress Is completely out of touch

Proving that members of Congress really are completely out of touch with the rest of us, on Tuesday:

• 185 Republicans voted to force a debate on the impeachment of Dick Cheney


• Democrats voted against the debate.

Somehow both parties thought that an open debate about the crimes of Dick Cheney would somehow embarrass.... the Democrats?

Here is what happened:

As promised, Kucinich requested a floor vote on H.Res. 333 , and asexpected, Steny Hoyer moved to table the bill. And then all hell broke loose as 165 Republicans voted with Kucinich and 85 other brave Democrats to force a debate on impeachment and thereby embarass Nancy Pelosi. To block that debate, Hoyer moved to send H.Res. 333 back to theJudiciary Committee, and that motion passed with the support of all but5 Democrats (Kucinich, Bob Filner, Marcy Kaptur, Maxine Waters, and Ed Towns). President George Bush plans to attack Iran. From coast to coast, the people of this country are demanding impeachment, which may be the only way to stop him. We are acting now because a failure to impeach Bush with Vice President Cheney and other civil officers for crimes against peace, war crimes and crimes against humanity may condemn the world to war without end. Has he not made it clear that he intends to attack Iran?

Again and again he has threatened Iran with attack if it does not abandon its nuclear program and act to please him. The threat, like the use of force against a nation, is a violation of Article 2.4 of the Charter of the United Nations just as the threat of assault, like assault itself, is a crime in all legal systems. Thought Crimes are Homegrown Terrorism???

The U.S. House of Representatives recently passed HR 1955 , titled the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007.

The following summary is provided by the Congressional Research Service, which is a nonpartisan government entity that serves Congress and is run by the Library of Congress. The summary is taken from the official website THOMAS.

Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007

• Amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to add provisions concerning the prevention of homegrown terrorism (terrorism by individuals born, raised, or based and operating primarily in the United States).
• Directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to:

1. Establish a grant program to prevent radicalization (use of an extremist belief system for facilitating ideologically-based violence) and homegrown terrorism in the United States;
2. Establish or designate a university-based Center of Excellence for the Study of Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism in the United States; and
3. Conduct a survey of methodologies implemented by foreign nations to prevent radicalization and homegrown terrorism.
   

• Prohibits the Department of Homeland Security's efforts to prevent ideologically-based violence and homegrown terrorism from violating the constitutional and civil rights, and civil liberties, of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents.

This bill is one of the most blatant attacks against the Constitution yet and actually ***defines thought crimes as homegrown terrorism.***

If passed into law, it will establish a commission and a Center of Excellence to study and defeat so called thought criminals. Unlike previous anti-terror legislation, this bill specifically targets the civilian population of the United States and uses vague language to define homegrown terrorism.

Amazingly, 404 of our elected representatives from both the Democrat and Republican parties voted in favor of this bill. There is little doubt that this bill is specifically targeting the growing patriot community that is demanding the restoration of the Constitution. Look at the definitions of violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism as defined in Section 899A of the bill.

Order to abuse prisioners came from Bush

When military investigators questioned Erie County Judge Michael E. Dunlavey about reported prisoner abuse during his tenure at the Guantanamo Bay camp for suspected terrorists, Dunlavey told them he got his "marching orders" from President [sic] Bush, according to a new book ["Administration of Torture: A Documentary Record from Washington to Abu Ghraib and Beyond,"] about U.S. policies regarding torture.
