Texas clears backlog of executions

A dozen condemned inmates in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's so-called "death watch" cells are being executed at a scheduled rate of two a week over six weeks.

    Thanks for posting this. With some much else to worry about with this country, the death penalty has gone to the back burner. But it is an important issue!
